The Lunchtime Speaker Series provides a forum for members to interact with leaders of biomedical organizations. Seminar topics vary based on the interest areas of the club membership. Topics include job functions and industry trends, and they are typically presented by invited guests.
Club members will have the opportunity to meet with alumni in small groups for lunch or coffee to learn more about career opportunities in the healthcare industry. In addition, members can meet alumni at club-sponsored alumni networking events.
The Healthcare Club sponsors company visits to learn about companies in the life sciences and health care space. Students are typically invited to a company for a few hours to meet representatives and learn about the company. Past treks have taken place in the greater Boston area, NYC and New Jersey, California, and the U.K. and Switzerland.
Throughout the year, the Healthcare Club provides members with the resources to help improve their resumes, find an internship, and meet other students interested in healthcare careers. Students will be notified about panel discussions, coffee chats, resume reviews, and networking events by signing up for the club and becoming part of our email distribution list.
